SciComm VoxPop: How was the pandemic handled where you live?
This VoxPop was an assignment for a Podcasting for Journalism class at NYU. The term comes from a popular radio launched in 1932 where radio hosts would go out on the streets with a portable recorder and ask people their views and opinions on certain issues. The name comes from Vox Populi meaning Voice of the People. In this episode, I ask two science communicators what they thought how science was communicated at the start of the pandemic in their respective countries.
